These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of C0RE Focus (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

C0RE Focus provides tools for tracking focus and related activity and may generate AI-powered responses using third-party services.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the App in your jurisdiction. The App is not intended for children under 13.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

6. AI Features Disclaimer

AI-generated responses are created automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.

C0RE Focus does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You agree not to rely on AI outputs for such purposes.

7. Reporting and Blocking

The App may allow users to report and block others. We may review reports and take action at our discretion to protect users and the integrity of the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the App or its users.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C0RE Focus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
